As my wholesaling business grew, I started looking for the next big leap. Facebook Ads seemed like the perfect spot to find motivated sellers – I knew there were so many people cold calls and public lists just weren't hitting. I really wanted to connect with that hidden market.

My first attempt was hiring a marketing agency. Huge mistake! They just didn't understand how wholesaling works, and they charged $3k per month plus ad spend costs and THEN I paid for ads on top of it. I knew Facebook Ads were a gold mine, I just needed a different approach. I had to do it myself. So in January 2025 I fired the agency and managed Facebook leads myself. The screenshots here tell the story. $17k in ad spend (much of it wasted on learning) turned into over $177k in closed funded deals! 4 of those deals funded for over $25k and one was over $50k!

I reached out to a friend in marketing and she gave me a high-level tutorial, then it was up to me to refine everything and adapt it to real estate investing. It took countless hours and a lot of trial-and-error (and ad spend!) to get it right.

Realizing I am not the only wholesaler facing this, I decided to turn my struggle into a solution. Now, I help other real estate investors save money and get actual results from someone who's walked in their shoes.
